Autism Edmonton: Real Impact for Families
Through our partnership with Autism Edmonton, we’re empowering autistic individuals and their families through connection, understanding, and opportunity. Despite challenges—membership has doubled while grant revenue declined by 50%—our commitment remains unwavering.
Education & Training
130 sessions delivered to organizations and individuals, reaching over 5,000 people. Informing DEI strategies and fostering inclusive, supportive environments.
Navigation & Support
Over 2,000 interactions with autistic individuals, caregivers, and health professionals. Helping families access services faster and enabling earlier intervention.
Support Groups
500 individuals supported through groups for Autistic Adults, LGBTQ+, Parents, and Autistic Women—providing social networks, peer connection, and empowerment.
Occasio (Ages 7-17)
780 youth supported across 283 activities—educational, recreational, and wellness programs providing meaningful engagement and family respite.
The League (18+)
770 participants across 46 events. Inclusive recreation, peer connections, and strengthened mental and physical well-being.
Respite Care
2,862 hours of respite delivered, giving families time to rest while loved ones engage in safe, inclusive programs.
The Pantry
2,040 food hampers distributed, supporting families experiencing financial stress and food insecurity.
E3 Employment
Helped 18 autistic individuals secure meaningful employment, improving quality of life, financial independence, and community participation.
